Anton Brinza’s interest in weird tales, uncanny creatures, and the things that keep us up at night originated in childhood. His consumption of chilling books (Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark, Alfred Hitchcock’s The Three Investigators Series), creepy TV programs (Tales from the Crypt, The Twilight Zone, The Outer Limits), and unsettling films (A Nightmare on Elm Street, Chucky, and Abbot and Costello meet Frankenstein) led to a lifelong obsession.

He is the author of two collections of horror stories, Sea of Ruin and The Entire Goat (Entrails Included), and is currently working on series of horror novels entitled The EORYX Saga. While Anton is primarily an author of horror fiction, he also writes literary works infused with dark humor and philosophical themes, such as Strike, Stay Your Hand. Though he was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he currently lives with his wife and dog in South Korea, his home of the past eightteen years. Aside from horror, his passions include hot sauce, traveling, and playing the drums.
